production license specifies assessment criteria for manufacturing, quality management, designation and post-production management for cosmetics manufacturing establishments. this will be applicable to the plants equipped with production facility under operation. cosmax was first certified in 2004 and is expected to integrate cfda and pproduction license in 2015.
cfda certificate is issued to authorize for hygiene and manufacturing environment of cosmetic establishment by the government. cosmax china was first accredited in 2004 while moving to the new plant it was renewed. cfda certificate is subject to reissue every other year and is expected to integrate with production license.
iso 22716 is an international cosmetic standard to specify and encourage cosmetic company to be equipped with the cosmetics manufacturing facilities (gmp) and implementation and maintenance of quality systems of cosmetic. cosmax china was certified in 2013 to keep pace with the needs of exports to europe and internationalization. this is subject to renew once every year to maintain the effective date of certification.
iso 9001 is an international certification relating to quality management, cosmax china was certified of iso 9001 in 2008 when moving to the new plant. this is to certify that products to be provided to customer in the service system meet the regulatory requirements and continues to manage and maintain the same.
